There are so many diet plans out there, isn't it hard to choose which one you think will really work? Jenny Craig, NutriSystems, Slim Fast, LA Weight Loss and on and on. Some are simply low calorie, some are low carb, others low fat. There are so many diets to lose weight it can make your head spin!
I'll let you in on a little secret - don't use any of them. You don't need to count calories to lose weight. Why? Because when you learn how to use foods to increase metabolism, your body will burn off calories and fat faster than you can imagine. You also don't need a low carb diet. They are extremely difficult to stay on, and going without carbohydrates will leave you extremely tired and lethargic. Using low fat diets to lose weight is dangerous! You actually NEED fat in your diet to maintain your health.
On top of all this, think how expensive those special diet foods and meals are. If I'm not mistaken, the Jenny Craig plan costs around $100 per week or more for the food. Who can afford it? It makes no sense, especially since you can lose weight so easily eating REAL, everyday foods when you know how to do it the right way.
Forget those special diets to lose weight quickly, you don't need them. Fat Loss 4 Idiots will put an end to starvation diets and spending money like there is no tomorrow. You'll see.
